Job Summary

As a Neonatal Specialist at SearchPlus HR Dubai, you will provide expert medical care to newborns and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for infants in need of specialized treatment. Your role will be essential in diagnosing, treating, and managing the health of critically ill or premature infants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized medical care for newborn infants, focusing on those requiring intensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and manage the health and development of newborns, including vital signs monitoring and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Engage in patient and family education regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to coordinate care and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Remain current with advancements in neonatal care through ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Neonatal Specialist.
  • Demonstrated experience in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions in newborns.
  • Expertise in managing care in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).
  • In-depth knowledge of neonatology practices and treatment methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with families and healthcare teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases with precision.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex medical challenges.
  • Certification or fellowship training in Neonatology is preferred.
  • Experience working in a neonatal intensive care environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of neonatal resuscitation techniques and protocols.
  • Leadership skills to guide a team in providing exceptional neonatal care.
  • Commitment to enhancing patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
