Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the bid process, you will assist the Bid & Marketing Manager in the coordination and preparation of tender submissions and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bid & Marketing Manager in the preparation of mid-bid and client interview presentations.
  • Take the lead in the preparation of tender submissions and presentations, ensuring that each bid complies with the highest standards.
  • Conduct client research to gain knowledge prior to compiling the tender.
  • Coordinate with the presentation team to formulate the look and feel of the presentation.
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience in the construction/fit-out industry.
  • General knowledge of Project Management and Construction methodology.
  • Ability to work without supervision and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills, including InDesign, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, and PipeDrive.
  • High communication skills; must speak and write English fluently to a high standard.
