We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller to join our team at KTC International LLC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of documentation within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and a proven track record of managing complex documentation processes. You will be responsible for:
- Document Management: Coordinating the receipt, registration, distribution, and follow-up on incoming enquiries.
- Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day coordination of office administration activities, including answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails.
- Document Preparation: Preparing and editing documents, including contracts, manuals, and workflows.
- File Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records, including filing documents and retrieving files as requested.
- Communication: Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external clients, including preparing and distributing project-related documents.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Reporting: Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience as a document controller or in a similar role will be an advantage.
