We are a dynamic construction team seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Specialist to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in constructing and maintaining various structures by laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry units.

Job Requirements

  • 13 Years of Experience: You must have at least 13 years of experience as a Construction Specialist or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, as well as strong measuring, cutting, and laying skills with bricks and other masonry units.
  • Familiarity with Hand Tools: Familiarity with hand and power tools used in bricklaying, including ability to utilize them effectively for cutting and shaping bricks.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and precision in work, ensuring high-quality results on our construction projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking to address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Team Player: Effective teamwork and communication skills, promoting a positive and productive work environment among team members.
