Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard using hand tools and power tools.

  • Material Management: Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plastic, and other materials.

  • Installation and Repair: Installing structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim, and repairing and replacing damaged wood or other materials.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within designated timelines.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Training: Technical training or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred.
