Visual Merchandising Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Expert to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the visual appearance of our stores across IMEA, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  1. You will implement store design concepts, creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings using Vectorworks for retail, fairs, and corporate environments.
  2. Develop presentation packs for internal and external sign-off of designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines.
  3. Manage regional retail installs, raising purchase orders and tracking budgets for each project.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to achieve commercial and brand needs in each store.
  5. Liaise with retailers to gain design sign-off, adapting store designs as needed.
  6. Visit stores across IMEA to complete initial site surveys for project kick-off.
  7. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of retail POS toolboxes and VM guidelines.
  8. Support new product launches into existing stores by applying Global VM / Architecture guidelines to local market scenarios.
  9. Maintain store performance by visiting retailers and working on continuous improvement.
  10. Ensure flawless product presentation in shop-in-shop/Retailer for CYBEX at store opening events and execute high-standard shop fits, creating detailed implementation reports afterwards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in b2b fairs, furniture/retail, carpentry, agencies, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture or a similar education.
  • Experience producing construction documents.
  • Proven proficiency in 3D software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or Sketchup), Adobe InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Nice-to-have skills: Adobe Illustrator, Twinmotion, Wrike (project management tracker).
  • Passionate about retail, consumer experience, and executional excellence.
