Concept Architect - Residential

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai's new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value-driven real estate assets.

As a Concept Architect reporting into the Concept Lead, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing architectural projects, ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
2. Utilize 3ds Max and other rendering software to create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
3. Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.
4. Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.
5. Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work.
2. Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
3. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design, and construction techniques.
4. Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Here's what you'll need:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
2. Experience handling high-rise residential projects in Dubai.
3. Experience in Design, Visualization and familiarity with local authorities guidelines.
4. Hands-on experience in 3ds Max, AutoCAD [2D & 3D], V-Ray and Corona, Adobe Photoshop-CS, Sketch-up (Optional).
