Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • You have 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Carbon Capture technology or similar industrial processes is highly desirable.
  • A safety-focused leader with a strong track record in site risk management, ensuring compliance and hazard-free operations.
  • Technical expertise in plant equipment, including static and rotating machinery, flow lines, valves, and NRVs, with a deep understanding of maintenance and preventive measures.
  • Proven ability to drive design improvements, enhancing safety, operability, and accessibility.
  • Extensive experience in implementing process improvements and conducting After Action Reviews to optimize operations.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in the field, mentoring teams and ensuring smooth execution at all levels.
  • A visionary mindset, committed to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.
  • Solid experience in resource allocation, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
