We are seeking a highly skilled Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Inquiry Handling

Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Product Knowledge

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our hotel product, including room types, rates, amenities, food and beverage options, and spa and wellness facilities.

Service Delivery

Take personal responsibility for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of Anantara at all times.

Issue Resolution

Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact guest satisfaction, ensuring that follow-up is completed in a timely manner.

Guest Engagement
