About the Role

This position is part of our consultant team that drives customer engagements at executive levels within financial institutions, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver installs, configure all applications to specified requirements, provide technical training, and transfer knowledge.
  • Demonstrate expertise in third-party software interfacing with solutions, performing functional customization.
  • Interact with Sales and Pre-Sales teams, including communications with prospects and the demonstration process.
  • Ensure project work is well-defined, changes to requirements are managed, issues arising are tracked and dealt with in a timely fashion, and customer satisfaction is attended to throughout the engagement.
Requirements:
  • Significant professional services or implementation experience.
  • Understanding of financial industry and knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, etc).
  • Affinity or experience with Compliance, CFT (Counter-Financing of Terrorism), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or KYC (Know Your Customer).
  • Knowledge of Unix and Windows configuration of Web application servers, WebSphere, and Apache Tomcat.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and enablers (Dapr, Kubernetes). Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL (Oracle 19, SQLServer 2019+) and IBM MQ. Understanding of API and JSON for data interchange integration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
