We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pool Attendant to join our Recreation Department team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the pool areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pool Area Maintenance
    • Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure the pool areas are set up and maintained to the highest standards.
    • Inspect the pool areas regularly to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Pool Operations
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the pool areas.
    • Assist lifeguards in maintaining swimming pool equipment and report any technical difficulties to the maintenance department.
  • Inventory Management
    • Control the inventory of towels and pool games.
    • Report any damage or loss of equipment to the supervisor or manager.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide additional or specialized guest services.
    • Attend briefings and contribute to staff meetings, departmental, and hotel trainings as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
    • Basic knowledge of detergents and pool cleaning methods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
