The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the hotel's pool area. They ensure that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience while adhering to safety regulations and hotel policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Guest Service**:

- Greet guests as they arrive at the pool area and assist them with any inquiries or needs.
- Provide information about pool rules, operating hours, and available amenities.
- Set up and arrange poolside furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- ** Safety and Maintenance**:

- Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of guests at all times.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Perform regular inspections of the pool and surrounding area to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Test and maintain pool water quality and ensure proper chemical levels are maintained.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Pool Manager or Maintenance Department.
- ** Cleaning and Upkeep**:

- Clean and maintain the pool area, including pool decks, furniture, and restrooms, to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Remove trash and debris from the pool and surrounding area.
- Arrange for pool cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- ** Equipment and Inventory**:

- Ensure that all pool equipment, such as life-saving devices, cleaning tools, and furniture, are in good working condition.
- Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Maintenance Department.
- Monitor and replenish poolside amenities, such as towels, sunscreen, and pool toys.
- ** Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments, such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Assist with special events or poolside activities organized by the hotel.

**Qualifications**
Diploma Or Degree in Hotel Management

Minimum of one-year experience in the same position in a 5 Luxury Hotel.

Basic knowledge of detergents and pool cleaning methods
