  • Feedback Loop: Collect and provide feedback to product management and engineering teams regarding customer needs, product performance, and potential improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably in the overhead cranes industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of EOT, Gantry, and Hoists. Experience with Service is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of supporting sales efforts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
