Role Overview:

Skill Hub Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified Civil and MEP Works Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations at our project sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction site management, with expertise in both Civil and MEP works, and a strong understanding of construction methods, site operations, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of Civil and MEP works to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure effective and safe work practices.
  • Design and implement strategies to ensure quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental regulations are met.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the project manager and senior engineers regarding the status of the work, any challenges, and upcoming activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, with expertise in both Civil and MEP works.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction site management, including handling civil and MEP works on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
