About The Role

The Buying Admin Assistant will support the buying team by providing administrative assistance and facilitating seamless communication. This position is crucial in enabling the buying team to operate efficiently and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with junior buyers to compile essential information.
  • Facilitate timely receipt of commercial packs from brands.
  • Support buyers in compiling relevant information for their portfolios.
  • Update assigned trackers with precise data.
  • Coordinate logistics for product and sample delivery for photo shoots.
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Analyze reports to identify key performance indicators.
  • Share performance updates with brands in a timely manner.
  • Engage with suppliers regarding RTV collections.
Departmental Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive Brand Hindsight decks for buyers to analyze historical seasonal performance prior to new season buys.
  • Create Season Download decks to provide cross-functional departments with insight into new season launches.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business KPIs to effectively represent the buying team in ad hoc meetings.
  • Assist buyers in reviewing NLTs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data population and margins/prices.
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory for this position.

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required.
