Role and Responsibilities


We are looking for a Digital Asset Strategist focused on the UAE GCC region at Fasset. You will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and driving growth in a dynamic and evolving market. This is a results-focused role responsible for driving growth for the UAE GCC region.




Key Responsibilities


As a Digital Asset Strategist, you will be responsible for:



  • Acquiring, engaging, and retaining users.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to the UAE GCC markets with a global perspective.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective market penetration.
  • Conducting market research to understand regional trends and customer preferences.
  • Planning and executing campaigns measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • Fostering relationships with local media and partners to enhance brand visibility and outreach.



Requirements


To excel in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or digital asset industries.
  • Previous experience working at a startup (ideally scaling from zero to one) is crucial.
  • Understanding of the UAE market and ability to adapt strategies for local preferences.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-cultural teams.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Exposure to a broad array of marketing activities, e.g. digital, social, PR, influencers, and events.
  • Manage workloads and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasked, high-energy environment like Fasset.
