  • Technology Integration: Support the deployment of treasury management systems (TMS) and other financial technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices, providing guidance on governance and compliance matters.
  • Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties, understanding their requirements and delivering customized treasury solutions.
  • Reporting Duties: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the management board and supervisory authorities, summarizing findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake supplementary projects and tasks as directed by the executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CTP, CIMA, or CMA are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Treasury or Finance is essential.
