About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all marketing activity relating to the marine and waterpark business, including its sub-business units under the Aquaventure World brand. Key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the overall strategy, performance, and profitability of the MWP business by developing strategic marketing brand and commercial plans.
- Managing direct MWP ticket sales to achieve budgeted revenue through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring the Aquaventure World brand identity is protected and promoted across all marketing initiatives.
- Developing the annual marketing calendar in line with business objectives.
- Creating integrated marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisitions.
- Leading on in-resort collateral, signage, digital screens, and mobile applications content updates.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, preferably within an agency or in-house environment. Key attributes include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrable project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing P&Ls with financial understanding.
- Proven ability to manage staff.
