Drive Innovation and Excellence

  • Collaborate with senior geophysicists to implement cutting-edge tools and techniques, enhancing operational processes and quality.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement best practices, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with industry standards.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Leadership

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and international standards, upholding ADNOC Code of Practices and sustainability guidelines.

Reporting and Communication

  • Contribute to preparing progress reports for the VP, providing valuable insights and updates.

Effective Communication and Collaboration

  • Maintain daily communication with senior geologists, mining managers, and exploration managers.
  • Regularly interact with structural and development geologists, geomodellers, engineers, operation geologists, and drilling engineers.
  • Occasionally engage with team leaders and/or managers, consultants, and service companies.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geosciences, preferably in Hydrogeology or Geosciences.
  • Bring 10 years of experience, primarily in mining, with expertise in water aquifers, salt, and brines.
  • Apply knowledge of industrial applications and exposure to various mining activities, including data management, studies, and operations.
