Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Patrol Officer to join our team at Duserve. As a Security Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Operations: Patrol assigned areas to ensure the protection of the public, visitors, employees, and Duserve property and its customers.
  • Incident Response: Investigate and document security risks, incidents, and illegal activities, and respond to emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships of equal respect with all.
  • Team Management: Manage scheduling and assignments of assigned employees, and provide training and guidance to subordinates.
  • Uniform and Equipment Management: Ensure uniforms are worn correctly and all assigned equipment is ready for duty at the beginning of each shift.
  • Communication: Respond to a variety of communications and provide initial guidance and support as needed.
  • Public Relations: Maintain good public relations by assisting others as a source of information and direction, and investigate all safety and security incidents and traffic accidents.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or associate's degree in security or law enforcement in any field.
