  2. Address customer problems and requests by providing solutions or transmitting relevant information.
  3. Coordinate the dispatch of orders for deliveries, utilizing radio phones or computer systems as needed.
  4. Monitor the status and routes of field units to optimize their schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Provide essential information to field units regarding orders, traffic conditions, and requirements.
  6. Enter data into our computer system and maintain accurate logs and records of calls and activities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with emerging cloud kitchen technologies.
  • Experience in similar industries or environments.
  • Background in the Food and Beverage industry.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence.
