As a key member of our Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey (MEIAT) team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights into the business performance through the effective use of Cartier's tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the omnichannel performance evolution through various angles and KPIs.
- Provide insights to the Regional & Central audience on the latest trends impacting the business and conduct deep dives.
- Perform periodical reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Provide insights on the overall performance of the Maison, markets, and channels.
- Take part in the preparation of global and regional performance review presentations.
- Create benchmarks (regional, international) so we can measure & steer performance across all channels and provide insights to markets.
- Act as a key contact to deep dive into some aspects of the performance and conduct ad hoc analysis in collaboration with other members of the team & departments.
- Work in collaboration with the data solutions department to ensure data quality is accurate & relevant templates are created according to business needs.
- Consolidate the overview of projects across the Regional Department and keep track of progress.
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Relevant professional experiences in a retail business as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset.
- Strong communication skills, excellent proficiency in English. An additional language is a plus.
- Positive and passionate attitude, outgoing approach, and innovative thinking.
- Hardworking, mastering time management, organization, and prioritizing activities.
