Novozymes A/S, part of Novonesis Group, is seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our team.

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient support to the team.
  2. Develop and maintain administrative systems and policies to drive efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with IT to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  4. Coordinate schedules and deadlines for business operations tasks.
  5. Oversee facilities services, including maintenance and external providers.
  6. Supervise office inventories and manage stationery printing.
  7. Ensure timely updates to the travel calendar.
  8. Prepare presentations and statements as required.
  9. Coordinate NDAs, Supplier and Distributor contracts.
  10. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  11. Support project coordination and tracking.
  12. Assist with office events and activities.

To Succeed in the Role:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or event planning.
  2. Experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Knowledge of project management tools an advantage.
  7. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience in budget management and vendor coordination a plus.
