Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Perfect Doctors Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to improve processes and performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to handle high-stress situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a must).
