Job Overview
The Academic Partnerships Manager will oversee student recruitment efforts across the region, focusing on strategic partnerships with key channel partners. This role involves developing and executing regional revenue growth strategies, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy/Operations:
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and execute regional revenue growth strategies, targeting new channels and products.
- Manage regional budgets, including target setting, travel expenses, scholarships, marketing, and partner incentives.
- Deliver critical feedback on new products, universities, and programs for the region.
- Maintain high levels of competitor awareness, product knowledge, and market intelligence.
- Channel Development/Management:
- Grow coverage and appointment/management of channel partners in new cities/countries across the region.
- Develop annual partnership plans (APPs) with key channel partners, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Regional Director.
- Co-develop and execute multi-channel revenue growth strategies across agencies, sponsorship bodies, high schools, and D2C channels.
- Ensure execution of key regional initiatives such as multi-application bundling, scholarship incentives, etc., for each channel partner.
- Portfolio Sales Pipeline Management:
- Responsible for managing student pipeline development and executing against targets across Shorelight's partners.
- Develop campaigns to launch new programs and existing programs within the Shorelight portfolio, adjusting as needed to drive target achievement.
- Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, monitoring enrollment trends, and using technology systems and outreach activities to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
