About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven specialist to provide administrative and student recruitment support for students, schools, and partners located in assigned regions.

The incumbent will work under the general direction of the Assistant Director, Business Development and Partnership Management at the Office of Student Recruitment, providing support for achievement of student enrollment targets in assigned region(s).

A key aspect of this role will be developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with educational institutions in assigned region(s), representing the assigned institution at exhibitions and recruitment events, and being the institutional / brand subject matter expert.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Responsible for achievement of student enrollment targets in assigned region(s).
  3. Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with educational institutions in assigned region(s).
  4. Represent the assigned institution at exhibitions and recruitment events.
  5. Be the institutional / brand subject matter expert.
  6. Maintain in-depth knowledge on international and domestic academic systems and requirements to assist students with application to the assigned institution.
  7. Identify specific opportunities for recruitment outreach and highlight to manager.
  8. Creation and execution of country/region specific recruitment and outreach plans.
  9. Be accountable for brand recruitment and outreach activities in market.
  10. Coordinate institutional partners' in-market visits and institution-sought market insights.
  11. Drive internal processes required to successfully meet targets, reporting and cross-training for the assigned institution.
  12. Conduct budget control.
  13. Align with the Company mission, vision, values, and strategy and ensure they are translated into action through performance goals, communication, and feedback processes.
  14. Responding to service requests in a timely fashion.
