About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Right Calibre. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings, leading communication, and ensuring a strong rapport between our agency and brand.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to client strategies, from interpreting briefs and devising KPIs and deliverables to concluding and presenting project reports.
  • Creative Ideation: Contribute to creative ideation and manage overlaying social media strategy to ensure successful social concepts.
  • Content Creation: Devise organic and paid social strategies using relevant social media and marketing platforms.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on organic and paid social campaigns, monitoring trends in media consumption to ensure we are using the most relevant communication channels to talk to the audience.
  • Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader on content marketing best practices and innovation.
  • Project Management: Project management for clients and talent, compiling budgets, timing schedules, and applying billing procedures.
  • Influencer Management: Manage influencer relationships, outreach, briefing, contracting, and billing.
  • Team Leadership: Line management of the social team, including providing ongoing support and an active interest in helping them develop their skillset and experience. Manage their performance and the appraisal process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with in-house Creative and Production teams on projects to coordinate deliverables, talent, and wider production/creative elements.
  • Team Training: Ensure the team applies best practice and protocol to social community management and content creation. Ensure the team is trained in analytics reporting and digital performance metrics and capable of identifying marketing trends and opportunities from data sources.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively across the agency to build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients alike.
  • New Business Development: Work with the new business team to contribute to new business strategy and pitch development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience managing all aspects of social media (in-house/agency) across all main channels including TikTok & Reels.
  • Passion for Social Media: Passion for social media and keeping on top of current global digital trends and opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using social listening and reporting tools and experience in using them to set content strategy.
  • Creativity and Data-Driven Approach: Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven approach to measuring impact and success.
  • Audience Building: Experience of building audiences and engagement through social media.
  • Paid Social Experience: Some knowledge of paid social, especially Facebook Ads Manager, would be useful but not essential.
  • Copywriting and Community Management: Strong copywriting and community management skills.
  • Professional Attributes: Professional, hardworking, collaborative, and confident attitude with diligent, enthusiastic, proactive initiative.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with peers to resolve problems.
