Job Description

The Manager of Corporate Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support the company's growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strong background in consulting with experience in top-tier firms such as Bain, McKinsey, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Development:
    Lead and manage the development of long-term strategic plans that align with the company's goals, vision, and objectives.
    Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations.
    Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key growth areas, including new markets, products, and services.
    Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans and execute them effectively across the organization.
  2. Consulting & Problem Solving:
    Leverage consulting experience to approach complex business problems with structured thinking, analytical rigor, and data-driven insights.
    Develop detailed business cases and financial models to support decision-making and guide strategic initiatives.
    Use strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, PESTEL) to analyze and evaluate business opportunities, challenges, and competitive landscapes.
    Manage cross-functional teams to solve business problems and drive change, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
  3. Performance Monitoring & KPIs:
    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.
    Regularly report on progress to senior leadership, offering data-backed insights and recommendations for course corrections.
    Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and refine future strategies.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Partner with key internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, product development) to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
    Facilitate executive-level discussions, workshops, and presentations to communicate strategic insights, recommendations, and performance metrics.
    Build and maintain relationships with external partners, consultants, and industry experts to stay informed on market trends and best practices.
  5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy, with a proven track record at top-tier consulting firms such as Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or similar.
Strong experience in strategy development, business analysis, and financial modeling.
Proven ability to work on complex projects, lead teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.

  2. Consulting Expertise: Deep understanding of consulting methodologies, business frameworks, and structured problem-solving techniques.
  3. Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial modeling, business case development, and performance tracking.
  4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, including Excel and business intelligence tools, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
  6. Project Management: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering results on time and within budget.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
