Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Manager will participate in a structured development program covering various aspects of job management, recruitment processes, and workforce deployment. This position provides hands-on experience across multiple areas, including Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and project management within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in a structured training program covering Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and project management within the oil and gas sector.
  2. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing new hires, as well as creating and posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to coordinate workforce deployment for ongoing projects while supporting project teams in managing scheduling, compliance checks, and personnel logistics.
  4. Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and development of process improvements.
  5. Support client communication and relationship-building efforts alongside senior team members.
  6. Prepare and submit tender documents in line with project needs.
  7. Work closely with local and international teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate with a First-Class Honors degree from a reputable university.
  2. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  3. Experience in project management.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
