  6. Training and Development: Coordinate the development and delivery of technical training programs for logistics staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  7. Records Management: Establish a system for storing and managing logistics data, ensuring ease of access for future reference and supporting other sales sections.
  8. People Management: Supervise and develop the skills of logistics staff, providing formal and informal feedback to ensure effective work performance.
  9. Safety, Quality, and Environment: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures, guaranteeing employee safety and legislative compliance.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related specialization.

Experience: 6-10 years' relevant experience in logistics or shipping, including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of logistics planning and control, inventory control, and handling activities.
  • Knowledge of commercial and operational systems/processes.
  • Good knowledge of the Sales and Marketing process flows.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS requirements for Marketing & Sales and Casting Operations.
