Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative or intern to join our team in the Middle East and support our business development efforts across the region. As a Junior Sales Representative or intern at Soothsayer Analytics, you will assist the sales team in identifying and engaging with potential clients, participating in customer meetings, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, online research, and networking.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for and conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of Soothsayer's AI solutions.
  • Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, updating the CRM system, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events in the Middle East, assisting with booth setup, lead collection, and networking.
  • Provide basic post-sales support by helping address customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior sales representatives, marketing, and product development teams to learn about Soothsayer's offerings and how to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 0-6 months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the technology or AI sector, but not required. A strong desire to build a career in sales is essential.
  • Interest in developing a network of prospects in the UAE and KSA is a plus. Familiarity with the Middle East market will be beneficial but is not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn how to present complex AI solutions effectively.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong interest in AI technology and sales techniques.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and digital communication tools, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Enthusiastic about building relationships with clients and industry professionals, and comfortable participating in networking events.
  • Open to taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the sales team.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but students in their final year of study or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
