Sales and Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling medical and dental devices while providing technical expertise and building strong relationships with clients.

This role is vital in identifying new opportunities in the market and establishing long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and stay updated on product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital dentistry technologies and medical devices.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical and dental industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive sales reports and track sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical support within the medical or dental industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical and dental devices; familiarity with digital dentistry technologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in clinical settings, including operating rooms.
  • BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
