About The Role

We are hiring a Stockroom Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stock room operations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Receiving and storing merchandise from the loading bay in an organized manner.
  2. Ensuring accurate barcoding and security tagging of all items.
  3. Signing delivery slips and filing them by brand and date.
  4. Supporting Commercial Merchandisers and Sales Consultants in placing stock on shop floors in a timely manner.
  5. Notifying the Manager of received deliveries and reporting any damages or losses.
  6. Maintaining till displays with point-of-sale materials daily.
  7. Completing Delivery Concern Reports for items without barcodes, security tags, or damage.
  8. FOLLOWING SAFETY AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS AT ALL TIMES.
  9. EFFICIENTLY ARRANGING THE STOCK ROOM FOR EASY ACCESS.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • High school qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
