Minimum 5 years of Experience in Dubai - High Rise Buildings - REQUIRED

Proven working experience in construction

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labeling supplies
  • Data Entry and updating of Focus System
  • Coordinate with procurement for order request and material requisition
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Ensure all delivery notes are as per the LPO, and receive complete delivery notes.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Issue tools, consumables for the installation/ construction at site. Ensure to keep all records of power tools issue transactions.
  • Ensure proper control and tracking of material returns
  • Provide back up support for all operations and other related duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned and extend site duties as per site requirements
