Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

  • Accurately input transactions into the transaction processing system.
  • Ensure all agreed checks in pre-processing/processing are strictly carried out.
  • Process and follow up on fee-related transactions with precision.
  • Perform error-free reconciliation using reports from various necessary applications as per procedures and DOI/Reconciliation Policy.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Promote effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Escalate anomalies and open issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement process improvements and changes required based on Audit Reports and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Strong communication skills with ability to work against deadlines.
  2. Able to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Good command of spoken and written English.
