Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business development and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse commercial and chartering requirements to establish and maintain mechanisms for quantifying and tracking business value delivered.
  • Communicate, lock down, and monitor value realization within Offshore Logistics.
  • Verify and pay Service Provider invoices and monitor contract compliance.
  • Review business cases for projects to ensure financial viability and manage monthly charges.
  • Lead tasks related to cost savings, business case development, and project business case review.
  • Provide regular distributed financial reporting, including budgeted and actual expenses, forecasts, and financial trend analysis.
  • Ensure that anticipated and agreed Service Provider financial responsibilities are not inadvertently converted to expenses.
  • Oversee balancing technical and pricing issues and evaluate vendor proposals to identify potential strengths and weaknesses.
  • Oversee the chartering of all vessels as per approved processes and procedures manual.
  • Manage the compilation of commercial assessments for tender submissions and Contract Documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial Offshore Services related to the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years at senior supervisory level.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas Business Planning, Offshore Services, commercial management, and core marine processes, as well as relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in English.
