  • Monitoring inventory levels and making adjustments as needed to meet business demands.
  • Managing inventory data and conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Processing purchase invoices for payment in SAP and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the Lab Team Leader in resolving inventory discrepancies and implementing process improvements.

For this role, we're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management and coordination.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP ERP for inventory management.
  • Good knowledge of raw material supplies, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Basic understanding of lab documentation protocol and handling of lab equipment and chemicals.
