  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics frameworks to measure consumer engagement across multiple touchpoints and channels.
    • Utilize Adobe Consumer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics GA4, Looker Data Studio, and other web analytics technologies to drive business insights.
    • Audit and upgrade existing reporting technology to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear data requirements during program design.
    • Apply creative thinking to leverage data and provide ongoing value to our products.
    • Experience with digital publishing and distribution across multiple channels, including email and social media.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
  • Leadership
    • Demonstrate value in our approach to content marketing and consumer engagement through consistent program tracking.
    • Act as a trusted advisor across the organization by providing actionable insights and demonstrating an understanding of the behavior behind the metrics.
    • Manage internal and external resources to implement reporting tools and procedures that clearly show program performance.
    • Stay current on industry best practices and ensure relevant updates are made to our products.
    • Automate and educate stakeholders to ensure data is used effectively across the organization.
  • Client Success
    • Offer actionable insights that demonstrate how we are driving value for our clients.
    • Deliver regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders.
    • Work with product and client success teams to establish program measurement plans and KPIs.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role in digital publishing or online marketing.
    • Expertise with Adobe Consumer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, Data Studio, JavaScript, and Python.
    • Experience with CMS software like Drupal and WordPress.
    • Ability to use data to tell a story.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Willingness to share expertise and knowledge with colleagues.
