We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Program Management team. As a Senior Aerospace Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage program progress and financial contributions through data analysis.
  2. Understand programs' cost justification, recommend priorities, and generate schedules.
  3. Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery.
  4. Proactively identify areas of opportunities and risks.
  5. Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in a program or project management role.
  3. 5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to lead teams, resolve problems, and prioritize tasks.
