We are looking for a seasoned UX/UI Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving user experience strategy and leading design efforts for our digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user experience strategy and design efforts for digital products.
  • Develop comprehensive user flows for mobile apps, websites, and USSD channels.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs using Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on feedback and technical constraints.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or product design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with UX research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.
  • Experience designing for mobile apps, web platforms, and USSD interfaces.
  • Ability to create clear, detailed user flows and data flows.
