This role offers you the chance to leadcomplex design projects, work on strategic initiatives, and be akey player in achieving PF's mission to become the mosttrusted partner in real estate across the MENAregion.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Own the end-to-enddesign process for a B2C product or set of products, includingproblem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and finaldelivery. Set the standard for design excellence within theteam.
  • User-Centered Design: Champion customerneeds and advocate for user-centered design practices throughoutthe product development process. Create compelling and effectivedesign solutions that address both user pain points and businessobjectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely withproduct managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers todeliver top-quality products. Lead cross-functional designactivities, fostering a collaborative environment that encouragesinnovative thinking.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifykey user problems and opportunities, using research and data toinform design decisions. Develop and iterate on solutions thatelevate the overall user experience of our B2Cproducts.
  • Design Strategy: Contribute to thedesign strategy for the B2C product suite, ensuring a consistentand high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms.Partner with other design teams to align on a unified design visionfor all PF products.
  • Iteration &Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data,testing prototypes to refine and validate design solutions. Ensuredesigns are optimized for both usability and visualappeal.
Desired candidate profile
  • Design Strategy: Contribute to the designstrategy for the B2C product suite, ensuring a consistent andhigh-quality experience across web and mobile platforms. Partnerwith other design teams to align on a unified design vision for allPF products.
  • Iteration & Testing: Leaddesign iterations based on user feedback and data, testingprototypes to refine and validate design solutions. Ensure designsare optimized for both usability and visual appeal.

What You'llBring:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience inproduct design, user experience, or a similar role, with a proventrack record of designing and delivering successful digitalproducts in a fast-paced environment.
  • DesignExpertise: Strong expertise in product discovery, user experiencedesign, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.Experience in using data and research to drive designdecisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to thinkstrategically about design's role in achieving businessgoals and user needs. Experience in contributing to and executingdesign strategies within a productteam.
  • Collaboration & Communication:Excellent communication skills with a talent for buildingrelationships and working effectively within cross-functionalteams. Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions tostakeholders.
  • Execution: A results-orientedmindset with the ability to independently lead projects fromconception to completion, ensuring high-quality work is deliveredon time.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye forthe nuances that make designs polished and impactful, with apassion for building intuitive and visually stunningproducts.
