Job Title: Project Onboarding Manager - Digital Healthcare

At HR Ways - Hiring Tech Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a Project Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for our clients in the digital healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Management: Manage the onboarding workstream and deliver to agreed project/programme timelines.
  • Participant Connectivity: Manage participants' connectivity and successful go-lives as per the set deadlines.
  • Communication: Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of onboarding initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors who are critical for the PHC onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Update key stakeholders and client leadership on the progress of onboarding for the PHC Initiative.
  • Risk Escalation: Escalate to leadership where required.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Raise risks and issues related to onboarding.
  • Documentation: Complete onboarding documentation as per onboarding requirements.
  • Reporting: Ensure all requirements are in place for managers to proceed with reporting on the status of the onboarding.
  • Provider Engagement: Liaise closely with the Project Management team to understand and execute next steps with each provider.
  • Facility Management: Work closely with Provider Engagement to ensure the list of facilities required for onboarding to connect is up to date.
  • Follow-up: Make follow-up calls for completion of onboarding implementation tasks.
  • Participant Support: Answer inquiries related to the participant's onboarding process and requirements.
  • Connection Tracking: Track and follow-up the completion of connection requirements, including Security Assessments based on the deadlines given.
  • Non-Cooperative Facilities: Report names of non-cooperative facilities to the Provider Engagement Team and DOH for escalation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain and submit reports including score, approval status, EMR, contact information, and final summary status.
  • Administrative Duties: Extract reports and stats for reporting purposes.
  • Compliance: Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Information Security: Ensure compliance with the company's policy and other relevant regulations on Information Security.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned or required by the job.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 Years - 6 Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
