Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  2. Assist guests in menu selection, providing detailed information about food and beverage options.

  3. Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.

  4. Ensure guests' needs are met promptly, including refills, special requests, and dietary requirements.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring the restaurant ambiance remains welcoming.

  6. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.

  7. Ensure that all service standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.

  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and hospitality. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
