We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup Middle East. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Fleet Operations: Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance of our fleet, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all vehicles are registered, licensed, and roadworthy, in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to extend vehicle lifespan and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers for fuel, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle cleaning.
  • Fleet Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Oversee the activities of dispatchers and ensure efficient allocation of service vehicles to customer requests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of vehicle history, repairs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including dispatchers, mechanics, and customer service representatives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient fleet operations and driver safety.
  • Incident Investigation: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and ensure adherence to safety standards. Investigate and report on incidents involving vehicles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
