In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between Amazon and its selling partners, resolving technical, operational, and system issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to educate sellers on processes, tools, and standards, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed on our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting selling partners through phone, email, and chat channels to resolve issues efficiently
  • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound communications while maintaining excellent response times
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Exemplifying Amazon's Leadership Principles by consistently demonstrating a genuine passion for customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
  • Building strong relationships with sellers by going above and beyond their expectations
  • Ability to oversee and achieve various performance metrics such as quantity and quality, resolution rate, transfer rate, etc.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders like resolver groups and account managers to ensure seamless support
  • Documenting all seller interactions and information according to standard operating procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide product guidance and support to all Amazon's sellers and vendors
