Mastery over payment systems and card solutions is key in this role. As a Mastercard Card Solutions Program Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for leading large programs from inception to delivery. This includes managing multiple stakeholders under deadlines pressure, developing strong presence in the client organization, and bringing relevant industry perspectives and insights to key stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different geographies
- Developing and executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products
- Oversseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive product growth
- Providing strategic direction and oversight for product management, audit, compliance matters, and complaints support
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the payments industry and experience in delivery of large, complex projects/programs. Additionally, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
