Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests.

• Service Excellence: Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available and in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies, to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hospitality team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.

• Education and Qualifications: Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, and a minimum of one year experience in Bar Operations.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, with additional skills in guest service and interpersonal skills highly desirable.
• Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of all types of wines, liquor, and cocktails, with flamboyant bartending skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
