Role Overview

In this dynamic role, you will support the Global First Fit strategy by ensuring we win strategic regional projects for John Crane. As an integral part of our team, you will create and maintain strong relationships with assigned EPCs in the MEA region, driving John Crane's strategy forward with these customers.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic account plans for key EPCs, working closely with the PSM and Regional Sales teams to develop commercial and technical strategies aligned with JC preferred products. Your expertise will be essential in identifying regional strategic projects and proposing specific project strategies.

A key aspect of this role is managing multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing CRM systems to track progress and coordinate efforts with the OEM sales team. You will also work closely with the End Users Sales organization to ensure the capture and tracking of aftermarket business opportunities.

To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record in large account management, with experience in complex sales environments. A solid understanding of Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries, as well as Energy Transition and related markets, is crucial. Additionally, you should possess fluency in English and possibly some knowledge of Arabic language.
