  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts using approved communication programs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in categories such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and more.
  • Surface Preparation and Painting: Perform surface preparation, painting, and minor drywall and wood trim repair.
  • Equipment Repair: Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, including plumbing and electrical components.
  • Housekeeping and Engineering: Perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
  • Lockout/Tagout System: Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
  • Landscaping and Sprinkler Repair: Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Display basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
