Kerzner International Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its reservations operations as a Reservations Operations Manager. This individual will oversee the entire reservation process, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maximum occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate the actions of reservation colleagues to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  2. Maintain room reservation processes, ensuring precision and compliance with established protocols.
  3. Monitor and address guest inquiries related to hotel amenities, check-in, local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and travel directions.
  4. Oversee systems within the reservations department for precise call handling and monitoring.
  5. Lead and participate in scheduled meetings as required by the Head of Department.

Requirements

  1. A Hotel Management graduate or equivalent certification.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel.
  3. Familiarity with reservation and distribution tools, such as Opera/Fidelio.
  4. Microsoft Office Software applications skills.
  5. UAE/GCC local market experience.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills.
